We sell farm fresh pastured eggs at the Schenectady Green Market on Sundays, the Carrot Barn, and assorted restaurants. The birds are offered open space ALL year long, no chemicals or additives, no animal by-products, and we don't cage them. Additionally, we add flax to the feed, and we are now feeding fodder.

During a farm tour, and if all the eggs haven't been collected, we offer a pick-your-own option. The kids can go in one of the coops, collect fresh eggs, and then go in the house to learn how to prepare them for market.
